Dhokla instructions
- 1 big bowl add besan, rava, 1/4 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon sugar, 1/2 lemon, 1 spoon oil, 1/6 turmeric powder and mix it..
- Then add the water to it..
- Note: Add the water little by little and mix it well..
- Keep mixing it until it becomes fluffy..
- After mixing it well keep it aside for 15 minutes..
- Then grease the other tin in which you are going to steam the dhokla..
- In another kadhai add water and let it boil then keep a lid or any plate on which you can keep the tin of the dhokla for steaming..
- After 15 minutes add eno in the dhokla batter and then pour the batter in the greased tin..
- Then steam the dhokla for 20 minutes..
- In another pan add oil, when heated then add rae, curry leaves and green pepper..
- Then add 1 glass of water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and cook it for 10 minutes..
- Demould the dhokla, cut it into pieces..
- When the dhokla cools down then add the tadka with the help of the spoon..
- Now it's ready to serve..
