Transfer the batter to the greased tin. Place it in the cooker above the stand. Insert the gasket inside the lid. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, do not put the whisle. Now cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes..
  6. The dhokla would have been cooked by 20min, take a knife and test. If it comes out clean then it is done. Allow it to cool..
  7. For tempering : In a small Kadai add oil. After it gets hot add mustard seeds, after it crackles, add pinch of hing, powdered sugar, curry leaves, Green chillies. Now add lemon juice and water to it. Bring it to a boil and let it cool down..
  8. Now the dhokla will be cooled a bit. We will transfer it to the plate. Add the tempering or tadka on top of dhokla. Cut it into pieces. Garnish it with coriander and grated coconut. Now serve it in a plate and enjoy fluffy and soft delicious dhokla..
