- Take a Bowl mix all flour, Semolina together. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chilli ginger paste and curd. Mix it all well. Give a rest for 10-15 min. So that semolina gets pluffy..
- Now take a steamer, add water and keep for boiling. Grease the plate..
- After 10 min the batter is ready. Add water if it thick. The batter is not thick nor flowing. Now add lemon juice mix it. Add eno little water and mix it all well..
- Pour batter in grease plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder. Place it in the steamer. Close the lid steam it for 10-15 min..
- When Dhokla is ready takeout from the steamer cut the piece pour groundnut oil on whole plate and serve hot with coconut Chutney, ketchup and tea. Enjoy.
