- You need 1 pinch of hing.

- Prepare 150 gm of gram flour.
- Prepare of Water as required.

- You need 1/2 tablespoon of rai.
- It's 10-12 of curry leaves.

- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- It's as needed of Water.

Dhokla step by step
- Take a large bowl and add oil in it and then a pinch of hing in it and then add sugar into it and grated ginger and chopped green chilli into it.
- Add lemon juice and then add two tablespoon water and mix all well and then add gram flour (besan) into it slowly and mix it well.
- Then add water as much required and mix gram flour well..now it's consistency should not be thick.
- It should flow without a break and now beat it for 2-3 minutes and bubbles will form.
- Now keep it at rest for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes add eno and again beat it for a minute and then transfer it into greased bowl and steam it for 10-12 minutes at high flame...
- Now after steaming check it with toothpick and then let it cool and prepare tadka..take a pan add oil into it and then add rai, curry leaves and chopped green chilli and add salt and sugar..add water and boil it.
- At the end add lemon juice in tadka and bring dhokla out from greased pan after cooling and cut it into pieces and pour tadka over it and serve it.
