  1. You need 1 Cup of sweet corn kernels.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of moong dal.
  3. You need 2-3 of green chillies.
  4. Prepare 1/2 inch of Ginger.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of mustard seeds.
  7. It's 8-9 of curry leaves.
  8. You need 1 tsp of white sesame seeds.
  9. It's to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1 packet of Eno.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of oil.

Now we need to apply Tadka over the Dhokla. Heat oil in a small pan, put Rie in hot oil. After Rie is roasted add carry leaves and green chillies. Pour this Tadka all over dhokla with a spoon then garnish with green coriander.

  1. Soak moong dal 2-3 hours..
  2. Grind all ingredients sweet corn kernels,1green chilli,Ginger into fine paste..
  3. Grind soaked dal into fine paste..
  4. Mix both paste in a bowl.add salt. check for consistency. add water if needed..
  5. Grease the dhokla plate with oil..
  6. Mix eno in the batter. pour on the dhokla plate.place in the steamer..
  7. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.check in between..
  8. Take a small pan. Add oil. Add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, seasam seeds, curry leaves..
  9. When dhokla is done.take dhokla plate out of steamer. pour the tadka.cut it into small pieces when it get cool..
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with green chutney and ketchup..
