Dhokla step by step
- Take a large bowl add besan yogurt, semolina mix it well now add salt, green chilli, turmeric powder,sugar mix it.
- Now add eno fruit salt.
- Prepare the steamer by preheating it.
- Pour the dhokla batter into each greased plate.
- Steam it for 10-20 minutes or until dhokla cooked well check with tooth pic or knife if it comes out clean dhokla is ready turn off the flame.
- Keep it rest for 5 to7 minutes.
- For dhokla water -heat oil in heavy bottom pan add mustard seeds, and green chilli into small pieces.
- Add salt, sugar, lemon juice mix it well.
- Now add water as required and make a thin sauce.
- Bring to boil it for 3-4 minutes.
- When water is little cool than add the dhokla pieces in it for 30 minutes.
