Dhokla step by step

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, sugar,turmeric powder mix it.
  2. Add water mix it again to make a batter there should be no lums.
  3. Leave the batter for ten minutes.
  4. Grease the cake tin with some oil after 10 minutes add 5 grams eno mix it well.
  5. Pour the batter into the tin and spread it.
  6. Take a pan add a little water put a stand and let it boil after boiling place the tin into the pan.
  7. Close the tin and steam cook for 20 minutes on medium low flame.
  8. Remove the tin let it cool take a another pan add 1 tsp oil add mustard seeds,curry leaves, greenchillies, 2 tsp Sugar then add 1/2 cup water, salt.
  9. When water boils switch of the flame remove the dhokla from the tin and cut it into pieces.
  10. Pour the syrup on the dhokla rest it for minutes.
  11. Ready to serve 🌸🌸.
