- Take gram flour add water make a prper liquidy density add salt sugar and 1 tbs oil set aside for 20 minutes.

- Keep the mould in the heated vessel. Cover the vessel. Let it cook. Check after 10 minutes with help of knife..

- Take a takda pan add oil add curry leaves, rai, chillies and sugar once it pooped up add water 1 cup. Add the tadka in the khaman. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
