Farali  Dhokla It is steamed in a pressure cooker or a steamer. Kuttu Ka Dhokla is made from a blend of sama flour and buckwheat flour which is soaked in some yogurt and water. Ingredients of Farali  Dhokla

  1. It's 1 1/4 cup of sama rice flour (ready available).
  2. It's 1/4 cup of sago.
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of curd/ dahi.
  4. It's To taste of Sendha namak.
  5. You need 2 tsp of green chillies ginger paste.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of soda bi carb/ or lemon juice you can use.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
  8. Prepare For of tempering :.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of oil.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
  12. You need Few of curry leaves.
  13. It's 2-3 of red/ green chillies.

Recipe : Farali Dhokla Step by step In a big bowl, soak together samo/moraiyo powder, sabudana powder, salt, yogurt and water. Make a smooth batter, it should be of thick consistency.   1. Grind sago in mixer jar to little coarse powder. Transfer in mixing bowl. Add sama rice flour and curd. Mix well.(If you don't get sama rice flour..you can grind 1 cup of Sama rice to make coarse powder)..
  2. Mix well,add 1/2 cup of water to make dhokla batter consistency. Keep cover for 20 minutes..
  3. Grease thali with oil for steaming dhokla. Pour 2-3 glasses add of water in steam vessel,in place stand. Place grease thali on stand. Add green chillies paste, sendha namak, oil,soda bi carb in dhokla batter. Mix gently. (If needed to add more water if batter is thick,add before adding soda bi carb)..
  4. Pour in grease thali,cover and steam for 20 minutes..
  5. In tadka pan add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as splutter add curry leaves, chopped red/ green chillies and sesame seeds. Pour this tadka on steamed dhokla. Cut into squares and serve..
  6. Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Farali Dhokla..
