Dhokla step by step

  1. In a big bowl add flour, citric,baking powder,soda,sugar,salt,and make a pouring batter..
  2. Cover it and let it rest for 10 mins..
  3. Preheat the khaman oven grease the plate..
  4. After 10 min add oil & eno and mix well,,pour batter to tray and put it in the oven..
  5. Steam it for 20 mins.
  6. Take it out let it come to room temperature..
  7. Cut small pieces by sharp knife..
  8. If and a small bowl make sugar,salt syrup and mix it well..
  9. Sprinkle syrup all over the dhoklas..
  10. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds to it as it start popping add green chilli a pinch of salt to it off the flame...
  11. Spread tadka all over dhoklas and spread grated coconut also.(optional).
  12. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
