- It's 3 tbsp of all-purpose Flour/ Maida.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Cornflour.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Rice flour.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's 4 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 cup of mix veg(Onion, cabbage,carrot, bell papers,tomatoes).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Tomato Sauce.
- It's 1/4 tsp of soya sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli sauce.
Vegetable Manchurian instructions
- Take a cabbage grind it well.
- Then put flour in it,cornflour,riceflour,salt,ginger garlic paste.
- Mix it well then take a small portion of mixture and roll it on hand and make small balls.
- Take a pan for frying put some oil in it... Heat the oil and then put 3 to 4 small balls of manchurian.
- Fry in medium low flame,fry until it became gold brown light colour.
- Remove all the balls and take a cabbage cut into small pics.. Take a pan put some oil add cabbage and mix all the sauce in it leve for 2 min.. Add the manchurain in it and smoothly mix.. Take a cabbage leave in put all mancurain in it and serve it to all And ya it's done enjoy it.
