Ingredients of Rose PopUp

1. You need 250 gm of home made Vanilla sponge.
2. It's 250 of (1 cup)gm unsalted butter.
3. You need 375 (3 cups) of powder sugar.
4. You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
5. You need of Red gel colour.
6. You need of Green gel colour.
7. Prepare of Plastic sticks 10.
8. Prepare 2 of sp milk chilled.

Rose PopUp instructions

1. Take home vanilla sponge crumbled as needed. Add 2 spoon butter cream.make a dough.
2. Now take 1 stick and dip into melted chocolate. Now make a ball with sponge cake mixture make pop up.set all ball like this pic.
3. Now melt chocolate in double boiler and dip all balls in this chocolate mixer, set in the refrigerator..
4. Now make butter cream frosting- In a big bowl take butter in room temperature, now beat until its fluffy. Add 1 spoon sugar powder, mix it add all left suger powder slowly, it becomes fluffy.Now add vanilla essence, and milk mix lightly..

6. Now butter cream is ready for frosting,now add red color, and another part add green color..
7. Now take a pop up add make rose over it,make all roses like that. Arrange in a glass make leaves with butter cream set in the refrigerator serve chilled. If u want simple icing u can use,any wiped cream..
