- You need 300/400 gms of Jada Poha (soaked in water 10 minutes).
- It's 5/8 of Green Chillies Or Ginger Garlic Paste.

- Prepare 1/2 of Boiled Patatoes.

- Take all ingredients togather.
- Take 3/4 Tsp Oil in vessel heat on Medium Flame for two minutes,now add 1 Tsp Cumin,1 Tsp Mustard seeds & Peanuts,After a minute add Curry Leaves..
- Start adding Onions, Green Peas & Green Chillies and sauté for a while until you hear Poping..
- As the veggies are done well, start adding Poha,Boiled Patatoes, squeeze the Lemon, Tsp Salt & Tsp Turmeric Powder..
- Mix everything well until everything Yellow and your done..
- Garnish With Coriander & yes Gujju's prefer Poha with Barik Sev.
