- Wash and soak poha for 30 mins,take a pan add moong dal and four cup of water,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and coriander powder and cook until half done.
- Add soaked poha,spinach and salt and cook for five mins,now add spinach puree and cook for five mins and turn off the flame..
- Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle,now add chopped onion and saute until dark brown and temper the khichdi.
