- You need 1 cup of Flatten rice (poha).
- It's 2 tsp of Oil.

- It's 1/4 cup of Carrot.
- You need 1/4 cup of Cauliflower.

- You need 2 tsp of Butter.

Vegetables poha step by step
- Soak poha for 5 mnts. After it drain water and sieve poha.
- Take a pan. Add oil heat it well. Then add cumin seeds, when it crackles add onion, saute them for few mnts.
- After it add vegies of your choice saute them well then add all spices and cook vegies properly.
- After it add soaked poha in pan and mix properly.after mixing properly add some butter and peanuts. If you interested you can also add raisins and almond mix them well till butter melts.
- Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with sauce or chutney.
