- It's leaves of Few chopped coriander.

- Wash the poha under running water gently 2 tyms.. Sprinkle salt over it.
- Heat oil in a pan.. Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, peanut and pinch of hing..after 2 min add finely chopped onion saute until it's color change.. Add chopped potato and salt..mix well.. Cook it until potato become tender.
- Add turmeric powder and poha... Mix well.
- Add lemon juice, corainder leaves.. Mix it well.. Poha is ready..garnish with sev.
