  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of onion.

  5. Prepare 8-10 of curry leaves.
  6. You need 2 Tbsp of frozen green peas.
  7. It's 1.5 Tsp of Black mustard seeds.

  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Coriander Powder.

  15. You need of 1.5 Tsp Olive oil.

  1. Wash the red poha very nicely and soak it for five minutes in clean water..
  2. After five minutes drain all the water from poha nicely..
  3. Now take a big mixing bowl and transfer the dried poha into it and mix the dry spices into it like turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt and pink salt. Keep aside..
  4. Please note: this step ensure the proper and equal blend of all the dried spices into the poha which is slightly wet after draining water..
  5. Now in a pan, heat olive oil and splutter mustard seeds with curry leaves for one minute..
  6. Saute all the chopped vegetables as mentioned above in the ingredients like onion, tomatoes, all three types of Bell peppers and green peas..
  7. Cover with lid if necessary..
  8. After the vegetables have been sauted, add the dried poha mixture into it and mix everything very nicely. Cover with a lid and simmer for one minute at low flame so that all the flavours bind together..
  9. After a minute, uncover and add roasted Peanuts, fresh coriander and lemon juice as per taste..
  10. Mix everything nicely and serve hot..
