  14. Prepare 2 tsp of Lemon juice.
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
  16. It's 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
  17. You need 1/4 tsp of Black Rock Salt.
  18. You need As needed of Ghee or Refine.
  19. Prepare As needed of Coriander leaver (for garnishing).

Poha instructions

  1. Soaked the poha in water for few minutes.
  2. Finely Chopped all the veggies..
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated ginger and green chillies to it..
  4. Add the onions and saut for a minute now add all the veggies except tomato and peas.
  5. Add salt and haldi..
  6. When the veggies are half cooked add the tomatoes and mix well..
  7. When tomatoes and other veggies are cooked, add all the masalas and peas and mix well..
  8. Add poha and mix well..
  9. Now add sugar and lemon juice and mix well..
  10. Taste it once,may be masalas seemed less once mixed with poha. Id anything seemed less add on.
  11. Off the flame and cover the pan for 5 minutes so that masalas are also absorbed in poha..
  12. Serve it hot by garnishing with coriander leaves.
