  1. It's 2 cups of poha.
  2. Prepare 1 of onion.
  3. You need 2 of green chillies.
  4. It's 4-5 of curry leaves.
  5. Prepare 1/4 of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of sugar.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  8. It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  9. You need 2 tsp of oil.
  10. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  11. It's as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

  1. First wash the poha thoroughly and soak it for 5 minutes, then drain all the water and let it dry for 5 minutes..
  2. Now heat a pan and add oil to it, now add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
  3. Now add curry leaves, green chilies and stir it. Now add onion and fry till it becomes pink..
  4. Now add poha to it and mix it with salt, sugar, turmeric and mix..
  5. Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well and turn off the heat..
  6. Put ready poha in a plate and serve it with namkeen, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves..
