- It's 2 cups of poha.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- It's 4-5 of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 of turmeric powder.

- It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need 2 tsp of oil.
