  6. It's 1 tbsp of oil.
  7. It's 1 tsp of red chilly powder.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
  9. It's of Salt as your taste.
  10. You need Handful of coriander leaves.
  11. Prepare 4 tsp of peanut.
  12. You need leaves of Some Curry.

Poha instructions

  1. Pour 4 to5 cups of water & rise them quickly.drain the water completely.I rinse them twice..
  2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the peanuts on a medium flame heat until golden & crunchy.remove the peanuts to a plate &set aside..
  3. To the same pan add cumin.when they begin to pop add onion and curry leaves.saute until the onions turn lightly pink..
  4. Add potato & capsicums mix veggies & sauté for a minute.cover& Cook on a low heat until soft & cooked completely.if needed can sprinkle some water &cook.once done sauté for another minute..
  5. Add turmeric,red chilly powder,poha& salt mix well & cover the pan.cook on a very low heat until it turns hot.turn off the gas add more salt& squeeze lemon juice..
