- It's 1 cup of poha.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare As needed of water to soak poha.
- You need 1 tsp of black salt.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 3 tbsp of raw peanuts.
- It's 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1 pinch of asafoetida.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.

- Soak poha in water for 2 minutes..
- After 2 minutes drain into strainer and keep aside..

- Put strained poha in bowl, add curd, salt, coriander leaves and mix well..
- Add prepared tempering in curd poha mixture and mix well..
- Serve curd poha immediately..
