- Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
- It's As needed of curry leaves.
- Prepare as needed of Coriander leaves.
- You need 4 tbsp of Oil.

- Wash the poha under running water 4-5 times.Keep aside till it turn soft but not soggy..
- In a big Kadhai Heat oil.Add mustard seeds.when mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds green chillis curry leaves and potatoes mix and cook for 3-4 minutes..
- Add onions soute it.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.saute for a minute. cover for 5 minutes and allow to cook masala on low medium flame..
- Now add soaked poha,sugar and roasted ground nuts.Add coriander leaves.mix it.cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice..
- Turn off the flame. Transfer it in serving plates garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy it with hot tea ☕️..
