- For stuffing - add oil to the kadai. add mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ginger chilli paste, curry leaves and mix well. add mashed potato, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves. mixture is ready. make small oval shape balls out of it..
- In a bowl add gram flour, salt, hing and water and make a pakoda batter. add soda. dip each potato vada into this batter and deep fry into the oil..
- Now take the maida dough. punch and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes to remove all the air out of it. now divide the dough into 11 balls. roll each ball into small round shape. from a center put a cut. apply both the chutney and place vada at one end. start rolling from one end to another. make all twisters following the same procedure.
