  1. In a pan, heat ghee..
  2. Saute Onions, garlic, ginger, black pepper balls, cloves and cashews till light golden brown..
  3. Let it cool..
  4. Now grind in a mixer with little water to smooth fine paste..
  5. Now take same pan and put this paste in it..
  6. Simmer for a minute..
  7. Add fresh cream and milk in it..
  8. Mix very nicely at medium flame until smooth. Then turn to low flame..

  11. Add fresh coriander 1/4th cup. Mix for 2 minutes at low flame with lid..
  12. After 2 minutes, switch off the gas. Garnish with more coriander. Gravy is ready..

  14. Heat 1 Tbsp butter and add 5 pepper balls along with chopped garlic in it. Cook for 1 minute. Switch off gas and Leave for 10 minutes..
