  1. It's of chopped bottle gourd.
  2. You need of green peas.
  3. You need of roughly chopped veggies(carrot, cauliflower, French beans).
  4. It's of finely chopped onions.
  5. You need of tomato puree.
  6. It's of medium sized capsicum finely chopped.
  7. You need of pav bhaji masala.
  8. Prepare of kanda lehsun masala.
  9. Prepare of Salt.
  10. It's of Butter.
  11. It's of oil.
  12. It's of Pav as required.
  13. You need of Butter to apply on pav.

Healthy Pav bhaji step by step

  1. Take all the veggies with 3cup of water in a कुकर and give 4-5whistles.
  2. After cooling the cooker, grind the sabji..
  3. In a kadhai, take butter and oil. Heat it. Add onion. Fry onions till translucent. Add capsicum to it. Cook it for 3-4min.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separate. Add pav bhaji and kanda lehsun masala and cook for 10mins mins..
  5. Add the grinded sabji to it. And mix well. Give it a nice boil..
  6. Apply butter on pav and heat it on hot tawa till nice golden brown and crisp(if you need).
  7. Serve hot with butter and Coriander leaves in bhaji..
