Pav bhaji step by step
- Boil aloo in piece and matar in presure cooker for 4 whistle.
- In anthor pan heat oil then butter oil because it's shine your bhaji,butter gives taste add onion paste,ginger,garlic paste now add pavbhaji masala stir it add capsicums peas add lal mirch powder Kashmiri red chilli powder..
- Then add tomato puree all masala stir in butter +oil then add tomato puree it's becomes like paste then add mashed aloo and matar again stir it add salt mix very well now in pan again 2 tbsp butter.
- Add bhaji masala,red chilli powder pour in bhaji mix well it's do not burnt masala in butter check and watch in bhaji there 2 times masala add likes tadka add fresh green lahsun if available and fresh Coriander serve with paw pyaz tomato salad papad buttermilk and spoon butter on top of bhaji.
