  2. It's 1 cup of chopped onions.

Cheese pav bhaji instructions

  1. Firstly boil potatoes, peel of skin and keep aside.
  2. Next add some water to wok add little salt and boil carrot, green peas and cauliflower.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large kadai add chopped onion and fry till onion becomes translucent.
  4. Next add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute, now add chopped capsicum and fry for 2 mins,add chopped tomatoes, sugar and fry till oil tomatoes turn mushy.
  5. Now add red chilli paste,salt and fry for a min.
  6. Next add pav bhaji masala, kitchen king masala, kasoori methi, turmeric, red chilli powder,amchur powder and saute for 2mins,add some chopped coriander leaves to it.
  7. Now add boiled and mashed mixed veggies,followed by boiled and mashed potatoes.
  8. With the help of potato masher mash everything well, add water as required, cover and cook till it gets a nice boil, once done switch off the flame.
  9. Heat 2 tbsp butter and oil in pan to that add some pav bhaji masala powder and some chopped coriander leaves,add pav to this and fry from both the sides.
  10. Now pav bhaji is ready to serve, serve it with fried pav,grated cheese,butter, coriander leaves, chopped onion and Lemon wedges.
