- Wash and steam the potatoes. Peel the skin of the potatoes and mash it. Keep aside. Wash, steam and mash the green peas and add it to the potatoes. Chop the green bell pepper and add it to the potatoes. Keep aside..
- Cut the onions, tomatoes and green chillies and keep aside..
- In a Kadai, heat oil and butter together. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute till the raw smell leaves..
