Ingredients of Pav Bhaji

  2. Prepare 5 tbsp of Butter.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Garlic chopped.
  4. You need 2 of Green Chillies chopped.
  5. It's 1 cup of Onion chopped.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. You need 1 cup of Tricolor Bell pepper chopped.
  8. It's 1 cup of Cauliflower florets.

  10. Prepare 1 cup of Peas (I have used frozen).

Pav Bhaji step by step

  1. Heat oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add garlic and green chillies, let it saute for a minute or two..
  2. Add onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, bell peppers and carrots. Cook it for 2-3 minutes..
  3. Add florets, peas, spices and tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes..
  4. Add mashed potatoes. 3 tbsp of Butter, kashmiri Chilli powder and cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes..
  5. Yummylicious bhaji is ready..
  6. Add butter to a pan, rock salt, and coriander, gently cut pavs from center and toast pavs..
  7. Serve with chopped onions, coriander on top and few drops of lemon on it..
