- It's 4 of Tomatoes.
- It's 1/2 of Green Capsicum.
- It's 10 of Garlic cloves.
- You need 1 of boiled potato (mashed).
- You need 10 of dry red chilli.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of pav bhaji masala.
- You need 1/2 Tsp of Salt.
- You need as needed of oil.
- Prepare as needed of water.
- You need 1 Tsp of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- It's 2 Tbsp of yellow butter.
- It's 1 tsp of Cream.

Pav Bhaji Street Style instructions
- Soak dried red chillies in warm water for half an hour. Then blend them along with garlic and little water in a blender jar to make smooth chilli paste..
- Now take iron wok only. Iron wok brings out exact street flavour in the bhaji. Heat 2 tbsp butter..
- Add chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes..
- Now add very finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Add 1 tsp salt. Mix nicely. Cover with lid and let it cook at low flame for 3 minutes..
- After 3 minutes, uncover and start mashing the material in wok for 1 minute..
- Now add pao bhaji masala and kashmiri red chilli powder and stir for another 2 minutes. Now add mashed potato and mix nicely. Stir for another 2 minutes by covering from lid..
- Now uncover and add around 1.5 cups water. Bring to boil..
- After a boil, simmer with lid at low flame for another 3 minutes..
- Add coriander leaves and cream. Mix and stir for a minute..
- Switch off gas and squeeze 1/4th lemon juice. Mix and garnish with more fresh coriander and enjoy with pao cooked in butter😋.
