Veg Biryani instructions
- Take a pan & saute all vegetables in oil, add all masala(seasonings) to it & in last add whisk curd or cook it until the vegetables are half cook or almost cook & keep this aside..
- Take another pan & fry some diced paneer & kaju, badam,onions in hot oil & keep them aside & makesure paneer will be removed in water(that's make paneer soft)..
- Take a thick base cooker layer some halfcooked rice in it, than add layer of vegetables & again add rice on it..
- Atlast add fried onions,paneer& kaju,badam on top& than sprinkle some birynani masala or dried pudina also. Now add some milk or water(1/4small glass)& than Close the lid & let it cook for 10 to 15 min. or until done..
- Close the heat & rest it for 5 to 10 min or until steam is released than open the lid mix rice gently & serve it hot..
