  1. Half boil rice.. Remove excess water..let it cool.
  2. Mix kesar and milk..keep aside.
  3. Take a pan..heat oil.. Add tej patta..laung..Sabut Elaichi,cinnamon stick, Jeera.. Ginger garlic paste..All diced vegetables and cook at low heat...
  4. When cooked. Add all spices and tomato puree...
  5. Take another pan.. Grease it.. Put little Jeera.. Spread 1 layer of rice.
  6. Then put cooked vegetable mix.
  7. Then again put a layer of rice.. Again Put vegetable mix...
  8. Then put the 3rd layer of rice..put gatte.. Again put some rice over it.
  9. And put kesar milk Mix onto it...
  10. Cover the lid..tightly...
  11. Cook for 15 mins at low heat..
  12. It's done.. Open.. And let it sit for sometime..
  13. Then Mix slightly and garnish with fresh coriander and fried kaju.
