- Wash and drain the basmati rice.
- Add rice, water and a spoon of salt in cooker, take 3 Weisel. Your rice is 80% cooked now.

- Now cover the kadai. Put a big size tava on another burner and blow the burner to the sim.
- Put the kadai on this tava. After approx 1/2 hour flam will come out from the kadai. Switch off the burner at that time..
