Veg Biryani instructions
- Cook rice till 3/4th and let it cool.
- Make paste of Biryani masala in half cup curd.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee fry onion till brown.
- Add masala paste and stir than add chopped veggies and green peas.
- Add one cup water and cook it covered.
- Check it in between when cooked switch off the flame.
- In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process.
- Sprinkle ghee all over it.
- Spread coriander leaves and mint leaf and cook it covered for five min.
- Garnish it with fried onion and serve it with onion raita.
