Veg Biryani step by step
- At first boil (90%) the basmati rice along with Cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and cardamom and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, pour milk (1/2cup) and put the kesar and keep it aside..
- Heat oil in a pan and put the onion and chillies in it (it should be cut in round sliced), fry for a while. Put tomato puree salt, turmeric, and fry..

Now put another layer of rice on it, now put some pudina leaves and pour the kesar milk mixture on it and one teaspoon liquid ghee also. And cover the Handi tightly seal with a lid for 10-15mins..
