Chole Bhature step by step

  1. Add the curd and maida mix well..
  2. Add water in intervals and knead to a good guy and soft dough..

  10. In a grinder or blender, 4 medium sized chopped tomatoes, 1 inch chopped ginger 1 chopped green chilli..

  14. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons oil in a pan or kadai..
  15. Add the whole garam masala (spices) - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 large tej patta, 2 inch cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom and black pepper..
  16. Next add all the dry spice powders - teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi), teaspoon red chilli powder, teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder), pinch asafoetida (optional) and or teaspoon dry mango powder.
