Ingredients of Chole Chaat
- It's 200 gm of Chickpeas soaked overnight.
- It's 2 of Onions finely chopped.
- You need 2 of Tomatoes finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder or Amchur.
- You need 1 tsp of Chat masala.
- Prepare 3-4 of Green Chillies finely chopped.
- You need 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
- You need 10-12 of Mint Leaves chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Chole Masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger grated.
- It's 2 tbsp of Oil.
- You need 1 of small Onion chopped.

- First of all, soak Chickpeas in enough water overnight. Pressure cook with the last seven ingredients added along with some Coriander and Mint Leaves. Use water as required. Let the pressure settle down before proceeding with the rest of the process..
- Take it out into a large serving bowl and throw in the rest of the ingredients mentioned above. Give them all a quick slight stir and serve hot immediately. This is my way of making it. I had served it for Iftaar too many a times apart from serving at tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai. Enjoy!.
