- Prepare 1 cup of Chickpeas/channa/sundal.
- Prepare 1 of Onion chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of mint.
- It's 1/2 cup of coriander leaves.
- Prepare 3 of green chillies.
- It's 1/2 of Ginger.
- Prepare 2 cloves of garlic.
- It's 2 tablespoons of oil.
- It's as per taste of Salt.

- Soak the chickpeas/chana/sundal over night..
- Boil the chickpeas (add some salt)by pressure cooker of 5 whistles..
- Grind mint leaves,coriander leaves,ginger,garlic and green chillies..
- Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons oil, add chopped onions and fry, then pour the ground masala let them cook well until raw smell goes away..
- Once the masala is cooked well,add the chickpeas and mix it well..
- Mint chickpeas/chana/sundal is ready to serve.u can also temper it with raw onion,carrot & coriander leaves as u wish..
