After relishing almost half can of Mango Pulp, I decided to try out some Mango Pancakes with the remaining pulp.

- You need 1/4 cup of castor sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Alphanso mango chunks.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Nutella (optional).
- You need 2 tsp of mixed roasted dry fruit for garnishing.

Alphanso Mango Pancakes step by step
- In a bowl sieve and add all dry ingredients and add little milk and whisk well for 2 - 3 minutes..
- Now add melted butter and add the remaining milk and stir constantly to get a thin consistency with no lumps..
- Heat a pan add 1tsp butter and pour this pancake batter and with the help of back of spoon spread it in round shape..
- Cook well on both the sides until it gets golden brown colour..
- On a plate, place this 1 pancake add mango chunks, drizzle some Nutella & place another pancake. Again add mango chunks, garnish it with mixed dry fruit and drizzle Nutella..
