  1. In a pan heat coriander seeds,papercorn,cumin seeds,chana dal,red chilli and sauté for 3 minutes..
  2. While it becomes cool grind well them..
  3. In a pan take ghee add mustard seeds and while they crackle add ginger garlic paste and small pieces of tomato sute well..
  4. Tomato become soft add tamarind pate and water and rasam powder..
  5. Boil for 5 minutes..
  6. I used readymade flour for idly.and served hot..
