Lemon Rasam instructions
- For rasam masala.. Take all whole masala roast it till aroma appears.. Cool it and then coarse blend it.
- In a blender add Garlic chillies and ginger.. Blend it to form paste.. For rasam... Add oil.
- Than add mustard seeds as it splitters than cummin seeds than break red chillies and ass.. Saute it... Now add chilli garlic ginger paste and curry leaves saute it.
- Now add tomato puree mix well than add rasam masala mix well till aroma appears cook for 5 minutes till all masalas gets mixed.
- Now add water salt and sugar bring it to boil... In a kadai add oil than add besan cook till it becomes red.. As it boils Than add in rasam and mix well.
- Now add lemon juice... Cover rasam with lid slow the flame and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes...
- Now rasam is ready.. Serve hot with rice and enjoy lemon rasam.
