  11. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of gur.

  1. Soak tamarind in water and extract it’s paste..

  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it till tender. Now add chopped curry leaves, rasam powder, gur and water and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with rice or idlis..
