Just soak the rice for few hours and That's it our batter for dosa is ready. The tomato dosas have got a gorgeous color along with.   1. Soak bombay semolina and rice semolina for 10minutes. Add cut tomatos, cumin seeds, coconut, green chillis, ginger, curry leaves, water and salt. Grinde them in mixer jar to smooth batter..
  2. Transe the batter to a vessel. Heat the pan grease oil, put and spread dosa batter. Sprinkle oil. Close lid and bake one side crisp on sim heat..
  3. Once it is baked transe to serving plate/banana leaf and serve with coconut chutney..
