Ingredients of Lentil dosa

  1. It's 2 bowl of Red lentils.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of rice.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of urad dal.
  4. It's 2 tsp of Ginger green chilli paste.
  5. You need to taste of Salt.
  6. You need 3 tsp of Semolina.
  7. You need as needed of Curd.

Healthy, Nutritious, doesn't require fermentation and is extremely filling. I must confess that we are more of Adai Dosa fans than Plain Dosa! I am sure, once you try this recipe, you would feel the same as well. Soak the lentil/ daal in enough water overnight.

Lentil dosa step by step

  1. Soak red lentil,rice,urad dal atleast 4 hours.
  2. Grind them to a soft paste.
  3. Add semolina,salt,ginger,chilli paste,curd to the batter.adjust consistency.
  4. Heat dosa tava spread little oil and make dosa..
  5. Serve hot with any chutney.today i made simple coriander chutney.sauce also goes well with this.

Wash it well to remove excess starch. Grind it along with ginger, chili, salt and cumin seeds into a smooth paste. The consistency of batter should be slightly thicker than pancake batter. When you're ready to make the dosa, strain the rice lentil mixture and rinse well. Place the soaked rice and lentils into a blender and add the water, chickpea flour, salt, and pepper.
