Ingredients of Ragi dosa and chutney

  1. It's 1 of big bowl ragi flour.
  2. It's Half of bowl rice flour.
  3. You need 1/4 bowl of wheat flour.
  4. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. Prepare of Cumin seeds.
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ajwain seeds each.
  7. Prepare of Oil.
  8. It's of Coconut,chilli, roasted chana dal for chuteny.

Ragi is rich in dietary fibre. So it is good for irregular bowel movements. This dosa tastes heaven with Tomato chutney. I feel they are made for each other:).

Ragi dosa and chutney instructions

  1. In one bowl sieve all the flours.
  2. Add cumin and ajwain and salt to it.
  3. Mix well put 1 teaspoon oil again mix well add water keepaside for 30 mins.
  4. Heat dosa pan brush it with little oil,.
  5. Now adjust consistency spread dosa on pan.
  6. Grind coconut, green chiliies, roasted chana dal,coarinder leaves,salt.chuteny is ready.
  7. Now take out dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney..
