- It's 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of urad dal.
- It's 2 of dried red chilies broken.
- Prepare 3-4 of curry leaves.
- Prepare 2 cup of thick yogurt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of green chutney.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of coconut.
- Prepare for of Tadka/Tempering.
- You need 1 tablespoon of ghee or use oil.
- It's 3/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped onion.
- It's 1 tbsp of sambhar masala.
- It's 1/4 teaspoon of hing (asafoetida).
- It's 10-15 of curry leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger paste.

- Prepare 1 tablespoon of tamarind piece.
- You need 1/3 cup of hot water.

- Dosa batter : Soak rice and dal for overnight in two different bowls, then blend rice and dal differently and gradually.
