  1. Add oil to the pan saute chana dal and urad dal,add onion and tomato keep mixing add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic and small piece of ginger keep on cooking it,once it's done let it cool! Now add this mixture to the grinder and add curd,red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,coriander leaves and curry leaves grind it into fine paste! Ready..
  2. Vaghar- Add oil to the pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves add this to the chutney paste,mix well and serve with dosas!.
