- In a mixing bowl add rava and all ingredients except maida.
- Add water slowly slowly mix well than add maida and mix well add water if required consistency of batter should be medium not to thin not to thick. If it's too much thin suzi can be added..if required add salt.
- Now keep batter in refrigerator to set for 30 to 40 minutes.
