- Add chopped onions and dry red chilli and sauté for 2 minutes..
- Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder..
- Add boile and mashed potatoes and mix well..
- Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat..
- Heat a nonstick dosa tava and pour a ladle full dosa batter..
- Sprinkle oil on dosa, and when it starts crisp from 1 side put potato filling on it..
