- Firstly take a bowl,add seived suji,rice flour and maida...and add 2 cups water...and let it rest for 15 mins..suji will absorb water...
- Now after 15 min mix it again add onion,coriander and salt,pepper and chat masala and garam masala....and mix to avoid lumps.
- And now add 2 more cups water and mix...(till now you add 4 cups).
- Now add 1 more cup of water,,as or battar should be of running consistency...
- Now heat non-stick tawa,,grease with oil and put battar on heated tawa..and spread randomly...and on the edges add oil and cook until gets crisp....
- Everytime you made dosa,,mix the battar well and spread on tawa....
- Now enjoy it with coconut chutney.
